About Us

Kara is the Owner and Lead Consultant at Beech Creative Group, an agile consulting and marketing firm based out of Rock Springs, Wyoming. With over 20 years of robust experience spanning human resources, association management, business operations, and strategic marketing, Kara has dedicated her career to empowering organizations and small businesses to bridge organizational gaps, limit turnover, and build impactful brand identities. 

Beyond her leadership at Beech Creative Group, Kara serves as a prominent force in statewide advocacy and community operations. She is the Executive Director for the Wyoming Nurses Association (WNA) and the Business Manager for the Wyoming Center for Nursing (WCN) where she oversees professional regulation advocacy, legislative policy, and statewide workforce initiatives. Her professional breadth also extends into the sports and entertainment sector as the Manager of the Sweetwater Speedway, a premier dirt track racing venue in Rock Springs, where she directs event coordination, promotions, and track operations. 

Kara’s multifaceted expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and she holds specialized credentials as a Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA). Whether she is conducting comprehensive organizational consultations, hosting events, or advocating for healthcare infrastructure, Kara is highly regarded for her process-driven approach and commitment to guiding teams toward sustainable growth and long-term success. 

Tammy is a Project Coordinator at Beech Creative Group.  With more than 30 years of experience in education, Tammy has dedicated her career to supporting students, educators, and school communities through leadership, innovation, and a passion for lifelong learning. She has served in a variety of impactful roles including classroom teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Principal, and Program Director, bringing a well-rounded perspective to instructional leadership and school improvement.

Tammy is especially passionate about educator development, literacy, and building strong collaborative cultures within schools. 

Her expertise and commitment to early childhood and instructional excellence have led her to present twice at the annual conference for National Association for the Education of Young Children, where she shared best practices and innovative strategies with educators from across the nation.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tammy values family above all else. She has been married for 26 years and is the proud mother of three sons and grandmother to four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, and spending quality time with family and friends.
